Valedo invested in Joe & The Juice in 2013 when it had approximately 50 units, mostly in Denmark. During 10 years of ownership, the company evolved from DKK ~150m to DKK 2.3bn in revenues, expanded to 16 markets across three continents, and grew from 50 to 350 units. Key initiatives: US and European expansion, digital sales (Joe app, delivery), sustainability framework. Divested to General Atlantic in November 2023.
