Valedo acquired Aditro Logistics in 2012 in partnership with management. During ownership, revenue more than doubled from SEK 400m to over SEK 1bn with 14% annual growth (over 2x market). Four modern logistics centres established; warehousing space increased from 150,000 to 230,000 sqm. Acquisition of Procon Work Solutions added staffing to the service offering. Divested to Posti (Finland) in February 2020.
